Exchange and return

Home Show employees carefully and several times check the completeness of furniture before delivery, being responsible for their quality.

The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the buyer at the time of delivery. After receiving and accepting the order, claims for external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.

If for some reason the furniture did not fit the buyer, then the buyer has the right to exchange or return it within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the goods to him. The return of a good quality product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved. If the buyer refuses the product, Home Show returns the money to the buyer, minus the cost of delivery.

The money will be returned to the buyer’s bank account or bank card within 10 days. The account must be in the buyer’s name.

To return, you will need to write an email to [email protected], where in the subject line indicate “Return” and full name, as well as a free-form application for the return, indicating the bank details for the refund.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct payment details.


Used furniture: assembled and installed cabinet furniture, used upholstered furniture and mattresses.

Furniture of proper quality without specifying objective reasons (after the expiration of the period for returning the goods).

Consumable components (lamps, filters, etc.).
